How to Store Cheese

To use these cheese bags, remove the plastic wrapping from your cheese and place it in a Formaticum cheese bag. Label the outside of the bag with the name of the cheese, and place it in your refrigerator. You can store hard cheese, blue cheese, and goat cheese, but not cheese that needs to be stored in water, such as mozzarella or feta, in a cheese bag.

You can reuse the cheese bags several times if you store the same type of cheese. For example, I always have a block of fresh Parmesan cheese on hand, and when I run out of Parmesan, I put a new block in the same bag. Keep the empty bags in the refrigerator until you need them again.
